Trust and data
Do I have to give you my data?
To work, yes — and here is the straight answer, because the honest answer is also the persuasive one. An assistant that knows nothing about your business can only produce the generic blandness you already get free elsewhere. Octocise reads your customer list, your calendar and your messages so it can act in your voice, on your behalf. And the data stays yours.
What we connect to, and why
Your phone number
So a missed call can get a text-back in seconds. One carrier setting forwards unanswered calls; your number stays yours.
Your customer list
One spreadsheet upload, so Octocise knows who has lapsed, who the regulars are, and who is worth winning back.
Your calendar
So offered times are your real availability, and a booking lands in your real calendar with a confirmation sent.
Your email sending
So confirmations and campaign waves can ride the free channel wherever an email address exists.
Every connection is a secure link you switch on once and can switch off any time.
The protections, in plain words
Walled off, business by business
Every record carries your business's identifier and is isolated at the database level. One business can never read another's data — not by policy, by architecture.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Connections and stored data are encrypted. Connector credentials are encrypted, never logged, and never sent to a browser.
Never sold, never shared
Your customer list, conversations and bookings are never sold, and never used to train anything that helps another business — including your competitors.
Exportable and deletable
Disconnect any connector any time. Ask for your data and you get it. Ask for it deleted and it is.
Compliance from message one
Quiet hours, automatic opt-out handling and a suppression list apply from the very first message — during the trial too. Doing this lawfully is not a paid tier.
Where the AI actually is
Yes, Octocise runs on AI — this page is where we say so plainly. A language model drafts every reply and every campaign message, privately, using what it knows about your business. What it never does is speak to your customers as itself: no AI voice on calls, no chatbot persona, no machine pretending to be you in real time. It drafts, you approve, it sends as your business. Your customers meet you, never us — that rule is constitutional, not a setting.
One honest line we never cross: we do not claim any system is unbreakable, and we never make a security promise we cannot keep. The commitment is plain, specific and true: your data is yours, it is private, it is never sold, and you can take it back any time. Personal information is handled under Australian privacy law.
Plain answers, then a plain trial
Join the waitlist and we'll email you when trials open in your area — and the data promises on this page apply from the first message.
